Contrary to what many may say, Intermittent Fasting (I.F) is NOT a diet. It is a change in your eating pattern, specifically “the time you eat and the time you don’t eat”. People often think that, you must eat, even when you are not hungry. Not only that, we have been taught to eat 5 small meals a day. I believed that also….Our minds have been programmed to think this way for years. However, looking back at our ancestors, they did just the opposite and they lived!
