I just wanted to share a few “PROS AND CONS” of Intermittent Fasting, which is now my “normal routine”. I often ask myself, should I call it something else???? (because people are quick to judge you) But of course I would never:)…. I will continue to encourage anyone that wants to listen…..how and why it works.
Does Breakfast or Morning Shake Production Companies, want to hear the science behind HOW OUR BODY WORKS???? Absolutely not…. they believe in slogans…..Breakfast is…….. it maybe, but I call it BREAK-FAST….(remember your body is in a state of fasting (without food) as you sleep. The time you BREAK it…is determined by you!!! You are in control….it is the time, not the substance* I have maintained my weight loss for three years….No Diets, No Starving, No Special Meals Delivered….just listening to MY BODY….just as our ancestors did….
